Wooden Windows

Engineered Timber. Protected Performance.

Millennium wooden windows combine natural solid timber interiors with advanced structural engineering and optional exterior aluminum cladding for enhanced durability. As shown in our cross-section systems, each frame is constructed using multi-layer laminated wood, designed for long-term dimensional stability, strength, and resistance to warping.

Wooden Windows

The image illustrates two primary configurations:

Solid Engineered Wood Frame – Multi-ply laminated timber with precision-machined chambers for insulation and structural integrity.
Aluminum-Clad Wood System – Warm natural wood interior with a durable exterior aluminum shield for maximum weather protection and minimal maintenance.

Advanced Insulated Glazing System

Each unit features high-performance double or triple-pane insulated glass with:

  • Low-E coated glazing to reflect interior heat back into the room
  • Multi-layer sealing around the glazing perimeter
  • Deep glazing pockets for enhanced thermal and acoustic insulation
  • Optional laminated, tempered, or security glass upgrades

The triple-pane configuration shown in the image maximizes energy efficiency while reducing exterior noise transmission.

Multi-Chamber Thermal Construction

The cross-sections reveal precision-engineered insulation chambers within the timber core. These chambers:

  • Reduce thermal bridging
  • Improve overall U-value performance
  • Increase structural rigidity
  • Enhance airtightness and weather resistance

Combined with triple perimeter seals between sash and frame, this system creates a continuous thermal barrier that prevents air infiltration and moisture penetration.

Interior Warmth. Exterior Protection.

The aluminum-clad option shown provides a sleek exterior finish available in multiple powder-coated colors, while preserving the warmth and elegance of natural wood on the interior. This hybrid system offers:

  • Exceptional resistance to UV exposure and rain
  • Reduced exterior maintenance
  • Long-term durability in harsh climates
  • A refined, contemporary architectural profile

Sustainable & High Performance

Wood remains one of the most efficient natural insulators available. Responsibly sourced, eco-certified timber not only provides outstanding thermal performance but also stores carbon throughout its lifespan.

Millennium wooden window systems are designed to deliver:

  • Superior thermal efficiency
