To guarantee your perfect insulation, we have developed a revolutionary system Low E Glass Thermal Barrier. MILLENNIUM PREMIUM® glass products are coated with microscopically-thin translucent layers of silver sandwiched between layers of metal oxide coatings that are transparent and anti-reflective. The MILLENNIUM PREMIUM® Low-E coating prevents heat loss whenever the room-side that has radiant heat is reflected back into the building. For winter comfort, the cozier the temperature, the better it is for relaxation. This technology, perfectly aligned with the insulating glazing, creates a thermal break between the interior and the exterior of your home. This way, the areas most prone to heat loss are properly insulated and the cold can no longer enter your home. This is true, of course, provided that good insulation is also available on the walls, doors, and roof.

The development of this technology is all the more important for aluminum windows, which is by nature a less insulating material than wood or PVC. Millennium has also included it on all its aluminum models as standard, for windows as well as for bay windows and French doors.
